Staffing Firms/Employment Agencies

Whether looking for temporary or permanent employment, working through a private staffing firm may be a good option. Many employers use a staffing firm when they have temporary or permanent positions to fill, thus reducing much of the hiring burden from their Human Resources department. In most cases, the employer will pay the agency fee. There are very few instances where it is advisable that the potential employee pay the fee.
